Shinsengumi stories have been done to death… This anime seems boring, these first 2 eps were boring and slow. They need to spicy it up or something. :( Sad, cuz I was expecting this one to be top this round.

    @ melly
Which codecpack do you have and what player do you use?
I’m using cccp codecpack with media player classic and it works for me.

Maybe we should start killing off chizuru. She just gets into too many sticky situations.

No. Please don’t use VLC Media Player..

  15. by Asairo, on April 14 2010 @ 11:05 am

the latest version of VLC does support h264 decoding but I don’t think it’s really fully supported. Please use mpc with cccp instead.

I don’t see any subs on this ep.. No settings changed on my player or my cccp since the last, and all other files display them fine.. Help?

  17. by SisterWicked, on April 15 2010 @ 9:50 am

Sorry for the doublepost, but I wondered.. The subs for the op and ed are displaying fine.. Nothing anywhere else..

    @ SisterWicked
The dialogue subs in ep 2 are now softsubs which can be turned on and off. Perhaps you’re missing a component in cccp. Does a little green arrow (directvobsub) appear in the windows taskbar next to the windows clock when you play the video? And which player do you use?

The OP/ED subs always appear because they are hardcoded in the videostream. (hardsubs)
In the previous ep 1 we only used hardsubs.
