As usual, the quality of the raw sources is not that great since its not broadcast in HD. Will re-release later if HD or BD becomes available.
Also, distorted warp sharp filters does not equal quality! 
[EDIT] In v2 we added proper styling and chapters for those who care. Use the patch to transform the v1 into v2.

Sorry all, I just realized that there is a typo in the script for this episode. The conversion for Bunkyuu 4 should be 1864 not 65. No v2 planned, but will be more careful next time.
And to those who are accusing us of translating this series from Chinese to English, Quit tooting your own horns over the web and grow up!
